At what level of a concussion would I need to be concerned / go to a doctor ?

I was attempting a switch front side 180 and caught the edge on the landing. I slammed my head and I’m a lil dizzy and nauseous now. Just sitting in the car right now, tryin to figure out my next move. Any advice? I was wearing a helmet
